The 2007 vintage is the first we’ve produced of this superb Spanish varietal. Beautiful deep garnet hue and powerful structure. Scented with aromas of blackberries, leather, and tobacco. Earthy and smooth on the palate, with hints of dark fruit, smoked meat, and vanilla, ending with a long savory finish.
